At Billions Store, each product is made to order using a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Please note that returns are accepted only for eligible items and approved cases.
Print-on-Demand Items (Important)
Since our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Design or color preference
We strongly recommend reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and mockups before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives:

- Printed incorrectly
- Different from what you ordered

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Face masks
- Mugs
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
